Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the books in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
